The trail follows the right bank of the Orne River to the Forest of Grimbosq and back on the other bank, climbing up to 200m

Signposted Red N°7.
This trail starts with a quick singletrack along the Orne river, then along an old unused railway.
Then It climbs to the barn of Espins. Then, through Moutiers en Cinglais, one enters the splendid forest of Gimbosq (which is next to the forest of Cinglais) and the large forest alleys then small technical singletracks. We cross the Orne next to Val de Viard and returns along the river to finish on Thury Harcourt by the loop of Hom.
